Inspired by their new furry family member, Bob Kauffman, the family’s master metalsmith, designed a pendant featuring turkey and paw prints. The design was reproduced and sold to raise funds for the rescue — marking the start of something much bigger. After decades of working for other jewelers in the region, the Kauffmans united their talents to create a full-service jewelry store rooted in craftsmanship, compassion, and community.
